HOW I USE & HOLD YOUR DATA
The personal information that you provide (names/address/telephone numbers /email addresses etc) are confined to the ceremony booking form and subsequent email correspondence. I hold the booking form until the end of the financial year of your particular ceremony at which time it will be shredded. I process this data for the purposes of communicating with you. That includes data relating to the contract of my services for your ceremony, such as your name, title, address, email address, phone number, contact details and ceremony details. I process this data to supply the services you have contracted me for and to keep records of such transactions. My lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between us and and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.
I will retain a printed copy of client details together with your booking form for HMRC purposes only until the end of that financial year.
All other printed information is shredded and disposed of.
The only electronic records I keep beyond the end of the financial year of your ceremony is the script that I have produced. It is stored on a desktop computer which is password protected and has active Norton antivirus installed. Your details may be sensitive and so I restrict their use purely to the delivery of the service you have chosen.
If you’d like me to delete your data sooner, just let me know and I will comply.
I do not pass your details on to any third parties without your prior agreement. I do not hold or inspect your details for marketing purposes.
If your photographs are made public through social media I reserve the right to inspect them and use them for my website with your permission which (see booking form)
